Our rooftop cafe and social lounge sits at the top of Health104 in Middle Park, Melbourne. Social connection is one of the pillars of a long and healthy life, and this space was made for it. Have your IV on the rooftop, wait for someone you love while they’re in their consult, or enjoy a fresh juice, coffee or tea between your integrated experience appointments. Everything on the menu is made fresh on site using local ingredients, so it’s a wellness cafe that still feels like a cafe.

Nobody looks forward to a waiting room, so we built a lounge instead. Whatever brings you to Health104, there’s a comfortable seat, a fresh drink and a view waiting upstairs.
While a loved one is in session
Brought a partner, parent or friend to an appointment? Skip the plastic chairs. Settle in upstairs with a coffee and something light to eat, and let them know where to find you when they’re done.
When you have time between sessions
Physio in the morning and a massage after lunch? Use the gap to refuel with a fresh juice or a pot of tea, catch up on a few emails, or sit back and enjoy the view.

The lounge is a place for the Middle Park community, not only our patients. Meet a friend, bring the family, or come up after a class and stay a while.

The Social Lounge is available for private functions. Team get-togethers, workshops, launches or a long lunch with friends, the fireplace, music and open roof make it an easy place to gather. Hire runs from short two-hour slots to full-day bookings. Tell us your date, group size and what you have in mind.

Do I need an appointment to visit the rooftop cafe?
No. The cafe and lounge are open to patients, the people who come with them and the local community during cafe hours. Just come up and grab a seat.
What's on the menu?
Fresh juice, coffee, tea and light snacks, all made on site using local ingredients wherever we can.
Can I wait in the lounge while someone has an appointment?
Yes. The lounge is designed as a more comfortable place to wait for a partner, family member or friend while they’re in session, and for you between your own appointments. Let reception know where you’ll be.
Can I hire the Social Lounge for a private function?
Yes. Available for team events, corporate events, workshops and other event types. Send us an enquiry with your date, group size and what you have in mind, and we’ll come back to you with options.
