Do you offer bulk billed GP appointments?
Health104 will return to a mixed billing model from 1st of July 2026 to support high-quality, patient-centred care. Fee, rebate and eligibility information will be available on the practice fees page and is also available from reception. Thank you for your understanding.
What types of medical concerns can I see a GP for?
Our GP provides care for acute illnesses, chronic disease management, mental health support, preventative health checks, immunisations and general medical concerns.
Do you provide Mental Health Treatment Plans?
Yes. Eligible patients can receive a Mental Health Treatment Plan, allowing access to Medicare subsidised psychology services where appropriate.
How do I book a GP appointment?
Appointments can be booked online via the Book Now button or by contacting reception directly.
Do I need a membership to see a GP?
No. GP appointments can be booked independently of Health104 memberships. Membership options relate to fitness and wellness services.
Do you offer immunisations?
Yes. We provide routine immunisations for eligible patients, including seasonal vaccinations and catch up schedules where appropriate.
