GETTING STARTED
Your Performance Consultation
Before a single training session begins, we spend 60 minutes getting to know your body: how it moves, where it has been, and what it is capable of.
Everything that follows is built on this foundation.
The assessment covers :
- Comprehensive movement screening
- Strength and stability evaluation
- Injury history and recovery capacity
- Goal analysis and competition calendar mapping
- Performance program planning and design
You leave with :

The SOZO Pro uses bioimpedance spectroscopy to give you a precise, objective picture of your body composition in under 30 seconds.
Not a rough estimate, but a real baseline you can measure progress against.
At the end of every training phase, you will be re-scanned so your coach can track actual change and adjust your program accordingly.

Every program at Health104 runs on a four-phase model where each phase lasts 4 to 6 weeks and is reassessed based on your progression, recovery capacity, and goals. Your program evolves with you rather than staying fixed.
PHASE 1
Foundation
We establish movement quality, mobility, structural integrity, and baseline strength, correcting imbalances before any serious loading begins.
PHASE 2
Development
Progressive loading and strength development, building your capacity and increasing force output through structured energy system conditioning.
PHASE 3
Performance
Power output, sport-specific strength, and speed mechanics come together here as we translate your strength base into real athletic performance.
PHASE 4
Integration
Race simulation, recovery protocols, and resilience work that applies everything you have built under real competition conditions.

Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning are individually bookable. Semi-Private Performance Coaching is booked in 6-week blocks. Members can use existing credits across any service.
