Health104’s genesis resulting from a number of personal experiences of a fragmented healthcare system and uncoordinated care, resulting in a challenging discombobulated patient experience with very little knowledge or understanding for the patient.  

There had to be a better way people can be empowered and educated to take a positive approach to healthcare and still be convenient for individuals to obtain support for their holistic care. Health104 looks to provide a harmonious patient focus environment for clients to receive holistic care and support to support the clients’ wishes and goals without judgement and remain accessible. 

With internal practitioner communication across all services and healthcare professionals collaborating closely ensuring their patients are supported, heard, and empowered to take lead in their personal health journey.
