Nartarsha Bamblett is an Indigenous Cultural Wellbeing Practitioner whose work centres on supporting holistic health through culturally grounded approaches to wellbeing, nervous system care and embodied healing.
Working within Health104’s integrative health model, Nartarsha provides personalised wellbeing support that complements and integrates alongside medical, specialist and allied health care pathways. Her role is focused on supporting individuals not only physically, but emotionally, mentally, spiritually and culturally throughout their health journey.
With a strong foundation in Indigenous ways of knowing, being and connection, Nartarsha creates therapeutic spaces that support reflection, regulation, restoration and reconnection to self. Her approach recognises the importance of relational wellbeing — understanding that a person’s health is deeply influenced by their emotional state, lived experiences, connection to community, culture, environment and sense of identity.
Nartarsha’s approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and grounded in creating culturally safe spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, respected and supported throughout their experience. She works gently and intuitively, understanding the importance of trust, emotional safety and individual readiness within the healing journey.
She integrates a range of holistic and body-based practices within her sessions, including breathwork, nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, Spinal Energetics, compassionate inquiry-informed approaches and culturally grounded wellbeing practices. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may support those experiencing stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, grief, disconnection, chronic health challenges or those simply seeking deeper wellbeing and balance in their lives.
Her work also draws on the embodiment of the elements and connection to Country as a way of supporting grounding, awareness and inner restoration, offering clients an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with themselves in meaningful and practical ways.
As part of the Health104 team, Nartarsha works collaboratively alongside practitioners and allied health professionals to help create a more integrated and person-centred model of care. Her intention is to ensure individuals feel supported holistically throughout their wellbeing journey, bridging cultural wisdom with modern wellbeing and integrative health practices.
Nartarsha is also an experienced speaker, facilitator and wellbeing practitioner who has worked across community, corporate, education and wellbeing spaces, creating culturally safe experiences that support healing, connection and collective wellbeing.
