With nearly a decade in the healthcare industry, Ebony Keegan has been a driving force in patient advocacy, operations, and the medicinal cannabis sector, where she played a key role in developing patient access pathways for one of Australia’s leading medicinal cannabis suppliers.

Now at the helm of Health104, Ebony has helped take the clinic’s vision from concept to reality. She has led the integration of Health104’s five levels into one cohesive health and wellness model, supported the recruitment and onboarding of practitioners across multiple disciplines, and helped bring more than 30 services into operation under one roof.

Working alongside her team, Ebony is leading the creation and execution of an Australian-first, all-in-one healthcare and wellness model that connects traditional, allied, complementary, fitness, recovery, and non-traditional care into a seamless patient journey. Her work has been central to bringing Health104’s integrated care vision to life, building the systems, team, and service structure needed to support patients in a more connected and personalised way.

Her passion for health extends beyond leadership. Ebony is a diploma-qualified Naturopath and brings a strong blend of discipline, creativity, and operational structure to her work. A red belt in karate, avid surfer, nature enthusiast, DJ, music producer, former radio host, and event manager, she brings a unique perspective to the future of integrated healthcare.

When not shaping the future of connected care, Ebony cherishes time with her partner and their dog, Simba, who volunteers in hospitals and schools, providing therapeutic support to patients.
