  • 5 Weeks of Unlimited Fitness Classes & Challenges: Attend a variety of classes including Pilates, Circuit Strength, Yoga, and more. Special events like the Olympic Torch Challenge and Sunset Stroll make it exciting and fun.
  • Earn Points: Every class and challenge gives you points, which also count toward the final prize draw. You can even earn points by booking wellness services or medical appointments at Health104.
  • Stay Accountable: Set personal goals and follow your progress throughout the challenge. Share your journey with us on social media for extra points!
  • Prizes Up for Grabs: Stay motivated with a chance to win incredible prizes like 1-month memberships, wellness packages, alternative therapy sessions, and more!
  • Pay-as-you-go for appointments

Bam worked wonders with a mix of deep tissue, Thai, and remedial techniques, plus stretches and a 30-minute infrared sauna. I left feeling much better, and the next day the pain was nearly gone!
