Practitioners

Dr. Yuri Raymon is a dedicated medical professional and graduate of the University of Western Australia, with extensive experience in Family Medicine. His expertise spans a broad range of disciplines, including minor surgery, psychiatry, obstetrics and gynaecology, internal medicine, dermatology, rheumatology, acute and chronic pain management, palliative care, paediatrics, chronic disease management, musculoskeletal medicine and orthopaedics, as well as diabetes and other endocrine disorders.
With a strong commitment to preventative medicine, Dr. Raymon focuses on primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention, ensuring comprehensive care that not only treats but also anticipates and mitigates health risks. Guided by the principle, “Get on top of the disease before the disease gets on top of you,” he is dedicated to empowering patients with proactive, evidence-based healthcare to support long-term well-being and quality of life.

Dr Rebecca Mackenzie-Proctor is a highly experienced and respected fertility specialist and gynaecologist with over a decade of expertise in IVF, male infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, laparoscopic surgery, and complex reproductive care. She is known for her warm, patient-centred, and holistic approach, as well as her commitment to evidence-based treatment.

Dr. Rami Dawood (MD)
Lifestyle Medicine Doctor and Registered Alternative Medicine Prescriber
Dr Rami Dawood (MD) is a board-certified lifestyle medicine physician focused on longevity. He takes a holistic, bio-psycho-social approach, incorporating the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: stress management, physical activity, nutrition, restorative sleep, avoidance of risky substances, and connection. His practice focuses on empowering individuals to enhance both their longevity and quality of life through sustainable, evidence-based lifestyle interventions.
Dr Rami earned his Doctor of Medicine from Monash University and a Master of Science from Georgetown University, where he focused on nutrition, mind-body medicine, and medicinal plants. He completed his internship at The Alfred Hospital and residency at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. He is currently in preparation for PhD studies at the Monash Centre for Consciousness & Contemplative Studies (M3CS).
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Rami is passionate about sustainability and planetary health. He holds a permaculture design certificate from The Permaculture Research Institute and trains in Aikido—a Japanese martial art that emphasizes harmony and balance. Dr Rami is deeply committed to lifelong learning, teaching, and advancing holistic healthcare to create meaningful, lasting impact.

Purva Gulyani is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 16 years of diverse clinical experience — and a passion for making nutrition simple, sustainable, and enjoyable. She is currently pursuing her PhD at La Trobe University, where her research continues to fuel her evidence-based, practical approach to care.
In 2016, Purva founded Diet Yumm in Melbourne with just one location. Fast forward to today, the practice has grown to 15 sites — a reflection of her dedication to helping people transform their health with confidence and support.
Purva’s career began in India, where she led the Department of Nutrition in Bariatric Surgery at a major multispeciality hospital. She went on to become the first dietitian in India to be awarded the Bariatric Care Specialist title by the Surgical Review Corporation, USA (2013–2018). Since moving to Melbourne, she has expanded her focus beyond hospitals into community and private practice, championing health improvements across diverse populations.
As a dietitian, Purva blends clinical expertise with a compassionate, no-nonsense approach. She is especially passionate about:

Valeria Zoteyeva
Clinical & Health Psychologist
Valeria Zoteyeva is a registered Clinical & Health Psychologist with many years of experience working in private practices, public and private hospitals, non-for-profit and corporate organizations in Australia and overseas. She is also an experienced provider of online and over-the-phone psychology services. Valeria Zoteyeva graduated as a psychologist/lecturer in psychology with speciality in performance and organisational psychology from Saint-Petersburg State University, Russia, followed by her Masters of Psychology (Health) from Monash University.
As a part of her Health Psychology Masters she did research in emotional and general health benefits of music listening in population with a high prevalence of trauma. The outcomes of her research were published in a peer-reviewed journal and presented at several international conferences. Valeria also completed her registrar program in pain management and certificate in sleep psychology with Australian Psychological Society.
For the past seven years Valeria has been a dedicated learner of highly effective evidence based intensive psychotherapy technique and was mastering her skills at an advanced level. In addition to undertaking an extensive training in Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy training, Valeria completed comprehensive training in (and is a skillful user of) the following evidence based treatment modalities: cognitive and behavioural interventions for a range of chronic health conditions; cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), emotion focused therapy; acceptance and commitment therapy; schema therapy; and mindfulness. In order to provide a good quality treatment Valeria Zoteyeva adheres to highly structured evidence based technique balanced with caring human connection, which allow her and her clients to connect in a very meaningful and liberating for them way.
With consistency and care she encourages her clients to move towards their positive growth, freedom, and developing ability to gracefully embrace diversity of their life experiences for their own benefit. Dr Sophie McGilvray
Pain Specialist
Dr Sophie McGilvray is a Pain Medicine and Palliative Care Specialist consulting at Bayside Pain Management, with a public appointment at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and previous appointments at Royal Melbourne Hospital and The Alfred Hospital. She is also working in the Acute Pain Service and Palliative Care on call at Epworth Richmond and Freemasons.
Sophie obtained her Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Notre Dame in Sydney in 2012. She was invited to present her research at an International Palliative Care conference in 2022.
She had two publications in international pain journals in 2023.
Sophie has special interests in cancer pain, pain in cancer survivorship, perioperative and persistent post-surgical pain, resilience training and trauma-informed care in all chronic pain conditions.
Sophie is committed to holistic, multidisciplinary care when it comes to managing pain. She is actively interested in the impact your pain is having on your quality of life and will work with you to achieve your functional goals.
Her hobbies include pilates, yoga, tennis, meditation, and running around after her small children.

Sonja Armstrong (MSc) is a clinical nutritionist dedicated to helping individuals achieve vitality, resilience and longevity through precision care. Through targeted nutrition, functional testing, and personalised strategies, she optimises health outcomes, grounded in the belief that your health is your greatest asset.
With an additional focus on preconception care, Sonja helps individuals and couples prepare for conception by supporting fertility through personalised nutrition, optimising genetic expression and microbiome balance through their known impact on reproductive health outcomes. Her approach recognises that your health is your greatest legacy, laying the foundation for thriving babies and generations to come.

Dr. Sue Xiang is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist, trained in both Western Biomedicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a passion for integrating traditional wisdom with modern healthcare. She holds a PhD in Immunology-Medicine from the University of Sydney and has worked at the forefront of medical research for over 35 years. Her specialties include immune regulation, autoimmunity, and vaccine development, with more than 60 scientific publications to her name.
Dr. Xiang also holds a Master’s degree and advanced training in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Her treatment plans are tailored to each person’s symptoms, constitution, and lifestyle to support both physical and mental well-being.

Emily Habgood is a certified thermographer and the founder of Thermomed Australia, specialising in Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) for early detection and monitoring of various health conditions. With a strong focus on preventive health, Emily provides non-invasive, radiation-free thermal imaging services that help identify inflammation, vascular activity, and other physiological changes in the body.
Emily operates across multiple locations in Australia, including regular clinics at Health104 in Middle Park, Victoria. Jenni Morrison-Jack is a neuro-trainer, yoga teacher, anatomy lecturer and IIN certified holistic health coach who has been working full-time in the yoga and wellness industry for over 18 years. Jenni also holds a Master of Science in Finance, which has equipped her with an appreciation of scientific research that is embedded in her holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Jenni’s strength in neuro-training lies in her solid anatomical knowledge, life-long commitment to studying and her ability to make people feel at ease. Her desire is to empower people to activate their body’s own healing mechanisms.

Elvan (Elle) Kose is a certified Health Coach, registered Kinesiologist, Mind Body Medicine practitioner and meditation teacher (in training) dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and vitality through complementary natural therapies and lifestyle changes.
After spending over 10 years in the professional services industry as a Chartered Accountant, Elle faced her own health challenges, which led her to explore integrative and complementary approaches to healing.
This journey revealed the transformative power of lifestyle medicine and complementary medicine tools such as Kinesiology and Meditation, inspiring her to make a significant career change to focus on holistic health and wellness.
As a mother of two, Elle understands the stressors and demands of balancing modern work and family life. His interest in plant-based therapies led him to explore alternative treatment options for mental health conditions. Over time, he has expanded his practice to incorporate treatments for both physical and long-term health concerns. Dr. Anu Ganagupati (MBChB) is a versatile physician who combines expertise in traditional medicine with holistic healthcare approaches. After earning his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Otago in 2018, he completed his internship at Christchurch Public Hospital. Since moving to Australia in 2020, Dr Anu has pursued a career in emergency medicine and general surgery, working at The Northern Hospital and many other hospitals across the country. In 2024, Dr. Anu made the transition into integrative health and lifestyle medicine seeing a huge value for patients with a holistic approach to their health.
Dr. Anu has completed advanced training in integrative medicine, equipping him to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care that includes holistic approaches to health. With a strong foundation in functional fitness, Jo specialises in helping clients move better, recover faster, and build strength that lasts. Her focus is on real-life movement—squatting, lifting, pushing, and pulling—to improve everyday function and prevent injury.

She prioritises joint stability, balance, and mobility to correct dysfunctional movement patterns and strengthen weak areas. With over eleven years’ of instructing experience in group fitness, Arthur’s love for Pilates developed from managing and overcoming some injuries. He has a passion for fitness and creating a positive member experience, whilst helping people achieve their fitness goals in a safe and fun environment. Outside of fitness, Arthur currently works as a fashion designer for Myer, and also as a lecturer at RMIT University.

Dmitro joins Health104 with a wealth of experience in the fitness industry, spanning more than 20 years. His extensive group fitness experience combined with his knowledge as a personal trainer means you are in the best hands possible. His style of coaching is welcoming and inclusive, but also prescriptive and tailored to your health and wellness goals.

Holly joins Health104 on a regular basis as one of our excellent Reformer and Mat Pilates instructors. Holly’s areas of expertise extend beyond these modalities in even more creative forms – Embodiment coaching, Clowning workshops, Collective Song and Ecstatic Dance to name a few. Rachael adores all things fashion, fitness and fun. After carrying some injuries from junior sports days and a particularly difficult second pregnancy with not one but two unplanned C-sections, things took a toll on Rachael’s core and lower back. Nothing had worked until she started her Pilates journey, building back her core and back strength. Astounded at the results and now being in the best shape of her life in her early 50s, Rachael would love nothing more than to share with you all the incredible things that Pilates can do for you. Born in South Africa and half English, Caragh has lived in three different states across the U.S., bringing together a blend of international experience and perspective. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Chichester in England before moving to back Boston, where she worked in massage therapy and personal training.
Her passion for sports and healthcare led her to complete a Master’s in Athletic Training at Life University in Georgia. Following her studies, she moved to Austin, Texas, where she worked with multiple rugby teams and expanded her experience in athletic performance and injury management.
In 2024, Caragh relocated to Australia, where she now works in medical administration, combining her clinical background with organizational expertise.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, exploring Melbourne’s vibrant restaurant scene, and helping her partner with his food truck business.

Nicole is an Intuitive Healer, Body Worker, Mentor and Meditation and Yoga Teacher. She has massaged in various Melbourne Suburbs, Country Victoria (Ballarat & Daylesford) and also Port Douglas in Far North Queensland. Her work has seen her practice in 4 & 5 Star Day Spas, Pilates Studios, Multi-Modality Clinics and Crystal Shops. Over the years she has facilitated various Workshops, Meditations and Reiki Teachings.
Holding a Health Science Degree in Complimentary Medicine and an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy, as well as various other qualifications, she continues her passion for learning through workshops, webinars and a seemingly endless pile of books related to health. Alongside her formal education, she draws on her diverse life experience, takes time to listen to her clients and tunes into their bodies to unlock the deeper sources of their tension and stress.
Blending Science & Intuition she creates a space that is both nurturing & empowering, helping her clients achieve greater calm & clarity and supporting them in living a happier and healthier life. Head of Operations
With nearly a decade in the healthcare industry, Ebony Keegan has been a driving force in patient advocacy, and the medicinal cannabis sector, where she played a key role in developing patient access pathways for Australia’s leading medicinal cannabis supplier. Now at the helm of Health104, she is leading the creation and execution of an Australian-first, all-in-one healthcare and wellness model alongside her team—integrating traditional and non-traditional care to provide a seamless patient experience.
Her passion for health extends beyond leadership; Ebony is a diploma qualified Naturopath. A red belt in karate, she balances discipline with creativity, being an avid surfer, nature enthusiast, DJ, and music producer. A former radio host and event manager, she brings a unique blend of structure and innovation to everything she does. When not shaping the future of integrated care, she cherishes time with her partner and their dog, Simba, who volunteers in hospitals and schools, providing therapeutic support to patients.

Matthew Miklashevskiy

Certified in Yoga, and experienced in fusion based products, Matthew commenced his fitness journey with Les Mills New Zealand over 5 years ago. He loves to help people get the most out of their workouts while ensuring there is an element of fun! He loves coffee – stay after your class is done and join him in the members lounge!

With over four years of experience as a proactive medical receptionist, she offers reliable clerical support and a welcoming presence to both patients and staff.
Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, Sindhura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology. She is personable and courteous in all interactions, and is skilled at anticipating the needs of physicians and the wider practice team. Her strengths lie in efficiently managing office and administrative tasks within busy, multi-physician environments.
