Born in South Africa and half English, Caragh has lived in three different states across the U.S., bringing together a blend of international experience and perspective. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Chichester in England before moving to back Boston, where she worked in massage therapy and personal training.
Her passion for sports and healthcare led her to complete a Master’s in Athletic Training at Life University in Georgia. Following her studies, she moved to Austin, Texas, where she worked with multiple rugby teams and expanded her experience in athletic performance and injury management.
In 2024, Caragh relocated to Australia, where she now works in medical administration, combining her clinical background with organizational expertise.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, exploring Melbourne’s vibrant restaurant scene, and helping her partner with his food truck business.
