Our Fitness team at Health104 is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses the root causes of your health concerns. We bring together a diverse group of highly skilled practitioners who collaborate to deliver tailored treatments designed to restore balance, alleviate pain, and enhance your overall well-being.
With over eleven years’ of instructing experience in group fitness, Arthur’s love for Pilates developed from managing and overcoming some injuries. He has a passion for fitness and creating a positive member experience, whilst helping people achieve their fitness goals in a safe and fun environment. Outside of fitness, Arthur currently works as a fashion designer for Myer, and also as a lecturer at RMIT University.
Born and raised in Melbourne, D brings energy, passion, and years of experience to every class. She holds a Certificate III in Fitness, with a strong background in group coaching and a wealth of knowledge gained from 16 years immersed in health and training. D has a deep love for boxing, having trained in and coached the sport since discovering it in 2018. Her approach is all about primal movement, mobility, foot health, and celebrating what our bodies can do—all while having fun.
Best known for her loud, infectious laugh—you’ll probably hear her before you see her—D is all about fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels encouraged to show up as they are. Outside the gym, she’s an actor at heart with a love for dance, funky tunes, and pushing her own limits both physically and mentally. Her sessions are designed to challenge, uplift, and leave you feeling proud.
Dmitro joins Health104 with a wealth of experience in the fitness industry, spanning more than 20 years. His extensive group fitness experience combined with his knowledge as a personal trainer means you are in the best hands possible. His style of coaching is welcoming and inclusive, but also prescriptive and tailored to your health and wellness goals.
Holly joins Health104 on a regular basis as one of our excellent Reformer and Mat Pilates instructors. Holly’s areas of expertise extend beyond these modalities in even more creative forms – Embodiment coaching, Clowning workshops, Collective Song and Ecstatic Dance to name a few. We look forward to having these skills shared with the Health104 community via regular programming and workshops. Look out for these events on the timetables!

Jo Muraca is a highly experienced personal trainer with nearly 25 years in the health and fitness industry. With a strong foundation in functional fitness, Jo specialises in helping clients move better, recover faster, and build strength that lasts. Her focus is on real-life movement—squatting, lifting, pushing, and pulling—to improve everyday function and prevent injury.
Jo’s Approach to Care
Jo’s training philosophy centres on building a body that not only looks strong but moves well and stays resilient over time. She prioritises joint stability, balance, and mobility to correct dysfunctional movement patterns and strengthen weak areas. Whether working with clients in rehabilitation or helping them stay active as they age, Jo designs programs that are smart, effective, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Her goal is simple: to empower every client to train smarter, avoid injury, and maintain long-term physical well-being.
About Larisa Healey
Larisa Healey is a passionate movement and wellness practitioner, specialising in Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and sound healing. With a lifelong interest in health and posture, Larisa combines her deep knowledge of anatomy, energy flow, and movement to help clients reconnect with their bodies and achieve physical and emotional balance.
Larisa’s Approach to Care
Larisa believes that true health comes from aligning the body, mind, and spirit. Her classes are designed to improve posture, strengthen the spine, and promote calm through intentional movement and breathwork. Drawing on her background as both a teacher and energy healer, she brings a unique, heart-centred approach to every session. Larisa is known for helping clients feel deeply connected to their bodies and more at peace by the end of each class. Her goal is to guide individuals toward harmony, strength, and a greater sense of self-awareness.
I’m a passionate boxing trainer who focuses on building strong fundamentals, technique, and conditioning. Having competed in two fights myself, I bring real ring experience into my coaching to help others train with authenticity and confidence. My sessions are challenging but enjoyable, designed to push you past limits and develop your physical fitness!
Certified in Yoga, and experienced in fusion based products, Matthew commenced his fitness journey with Les Mills New Zealand over 5 years ago. He loves to help people get the most out of their workouts while ensuring there is an element of fun! He loves coffee – stay after your class is done and join him in the members lounge!
Rachael adores all things fashion, fitness and fun. After carrying some injuries from junior sports days and a particularly difficult second pregnancy with not one but two unplanned C-sections, things took a toll on Rachael’s core and lower back. Nothing had worked until she started her Pilates journey, building back her core and back strength. Astounded at the results and now being in the best shape of her life in her early 50s, Rachael would love nothing more than to share with you all the incredible things that Pilates can do for you.
