His pathway into osteopathy began through basketball. After experiencing multiple injuries that repeatedly sidelined him, Kristian developed a strong appreciation for the role of manual therapy in recovery and performance. That experience shaped his decision to pursue osteopathy — helping others return stronger and avoid similar setbacks.
Kristian’s approach at Muscle & Bone is hands-on and outcome focused. He blends joint manipulation, soft tissue techniques, dry needling, cupping, and electro sports needling to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve performance. With a background in personal training, he integrates structured rehabilitation and strength principles into every treatment plan — ensuring progress extends beyond the treatment room.
He believes recovery is not just about relieving symptoms, but rebuilding capacity.
