Mobility Classes at Health104

Mobility + Cupping Therapy Integration

Targeted cups are applied to restricted areas — hips, thoracic spine, calves or shoulders — and

participants immediately perform controlled mobility exercises while decompression is occurring.

This approach improves tissue glide, increases circulation, accelerates neural adaptation and

enhances range retention.
