DR REIMO has been working in Australia as a Consultant Family Physician (GP) for more than 15 yrs. He obtained Fellowship (FRACGP) n General Practice in Australia after he completed his training in Psychiatric medicine in UK and Ireland. Over the years, he has been updating his General Practice skills with current Evidence Based Management (EBM) through his Continuous Professional Development. He gives importance to apply this current EBM in all of his efficient practice particularly in Chronic Disease Management, IV Iron Infusion, PRP and Mental health. He has also updated his special experience in Skin Ca Management aiming to prevent the progression of all skin ca by encouraging yearly check up and early intervention. Moreover he is now on the process of completing his training in Cosmatic Medicine. He is looking forward to implement his safe and special quality skills serving our local community around Health 104.
I enjoy practising Family Medicine as per Australian Standard of General Practice Guidelines with an appropriate Faith and Confidence within myself. Over the years of my experience I have found being client and evidence focused with systematic approach using logical reasoning and being efficient in implementing organisational skills the key to being successful while overviewing a safe and quality practice rewarding job satisfaction. I am excited to apply my sensible skills in this beautiful set up and to make my clients healthy, comfortable and happy
I also believe in a practice called logical Sense Perception (LSP), which can be seen as the way that we can employ our own Common Sense with Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Patience to support ourselves in any crisis.
I have experienced this LSP, meditating and initiating EI first for the initial self awareness of myself and others emotion in any crisis situation, help me to perceive better with my logical sense and eventually to implement a colourful positive approach to diffuse that crisis appropriately. This LSP practice will also motivate us to bring up our self consciousness to the surface particularly in our community crisis including Global Warming and to preserve our clean environment for generations to come. From this experience I emphasis that it is the responsibility of those that can take action to do so. HOPING this would encourage people to think different for implementing appropriate interpersonal problem solving skills especially in human relations to promote Peace in this Beautiful Planet.

Rhoy has been working as a dietitian since 2020, and is recognised as an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia. He is currently working predominantly in private practice, across a range of GP clinics in the Greater Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat regions, whilst also acting as a dietitian consultant across a number of residential aged care facilities.
In private practice, he works predominantly in chronic disease management (including diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, along with additional medical conditions – see below*) and weight management (loss or gain), whilst also having keen interests to further upskill in areas including gut health, for which he has completed additional training in regards to the practical implementation of the Low FODMAP diet to help treat Irritable Bowel Syndrome, along with sports nutrition for which he has been an Associate Member of Sports Dietitians Australia.
Rhoy’s overall philosophy centres around patient centred care, by empowering people with the nutrition knowledge they need to understand how nutrition can support any pre-existing medical conditions. His main goal is to ensure people leave consultations with the ability to make the most informed nutrition choice, whilst also working on developing targeted strategies that aligns with their nutritional needs and preferences.
Rhoy is currently accepting both patients under a GP management plan, for which patients are able to claim a substantial rebate through Medicare, whilst also taking on patients with private health insurance. With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, face-to-face consultations are currently limited to those who are severely malnourished, and those with known eating disorders, therefore currently telephone, and video consults are preferred.
Rhoy is currently servicing Health 104 in Middle Park on Mondays fortnightly between 9-12:30pm, and Wednesdays weekly between 9am-12:30pm. Please contact reception to confirm a booking time, otherwise bookings can be made through HotDoc at https://www.health104.com.au/book-appointment/.
