As a psychologist, Joanna is passionate about supporting people of all ages through their experience of life, by drawing on inner strengths, embracing vulnerability, and developing a sense of purpose. Joanna practices from a humanistic, strengths- based approach and begin with a place of compassion, respect, non-judgement, and gentle curiosity.
Joanna has enjoyed working with clients of all ages across the lifespan.
Joanna’s early years working in the education sector, gave her an insight into the unique struggles faced by adolescents during this challenging time of great growth and change. She is particularly interested in supporting young people experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, low self-esteem and interpersonal difficulties.
Joanna has experience working with adults with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ongoing life stressors, relationship difficulties and parental support.
