Health 104 has positive pressure throughout the entire facility. This means that there is continuous airflow from high quality air conditioners which in turn pushes all air out of the building.
We encourage and facilitate social distancing by having three separate waiting areas with seating spaced accordingly.
When you arrive at Health 104, one of our friendly staff will ask you a few simple questions in relation to COVID-19. Then you will be triaged to ensure the best care is provided in the safest possible environment.
If you have cold or flu symptoms such as a sore throat, cough, fever (>= 37.5oC) or shortness of breath, COVID-19 testing referrals can be arranged via telephone so that you can get tested at a drive through site.
